Do not wet hands or pre-clean hands with solvent. Hands should be dry before using ArroSafe Ink Removing Hand Cleaner. Apply Hand Cleaner to hands and rub hands together to loosen and dissolve ink and other soils.
Difficult areas around the fingernails and knuckles may take repeated applications for thorough cleaning.
Rinse hands with water to remove excess cleaner.
