Application:*
Apply hand cleaner liberally to dry soiled hands. Rub hands together paying special attention to difficult areas like the knuckles and under fingernails. Rinse hands under warm water and towel dry. For extremely dirty hands process may be repeated. Always shake product well before using. May be diluted with 4 parts water for use in restroom soap dispensers.
